Origin and zlclient closing while downloading on tray Empty Origin and zlclient closing while downloading on tray

I can't seem to download it, it closes and when i look in task manager the Origin client is there but i can't open it in the desktop.

also i want to download the sims 4 whilst playing another game is there a way?
