Sims 3 Generations Help :( [SOLVED] Empty Sims 3 Generations Help :( [SOLVED]

Hello! I've been having a lot of problems with getting my Sims 3 Generations to work! I always get the dreaded "Disc Authorization Failure" screen! I've followed your video step-by-step, and when I try to put the files in my Bin folder, I get this screen:

I didn't leave the program open in anything else, so I don't know what's wrong! I've been working at this for days, and I just want to get it fixed so I can play! I'm sorry, I know you do this all the time, but I'm just stuck!

Hello,
Make sure the launcher also doesn't show in your system tray, the icons next to your clock in the lower right corner of your screen.
