Sims 3 Generations.[SOLVED]

Hello,
I downloaded The Sims 3 Generations and installed it according to the guide. Installation went well but when I open the game, it says "sims 3 has stopped working". I have been downloading other expansions from here and have no problem with it. I have tried using the ultimate fix but it is still not working. I have no idea what is going on. Is it because I need to update my game to 1.33?

Hello,
That depends, have you tried starting without the launcher? Do this by using the TS3W.exe in the base game\bin.
Do you have the latest fix? And what is your current game version?

Yes I've tried starting without the launcher, the same thing occurred. And yes, I'm using the latest fix. My current version is ![Sims 3 Generations.[SOLVED] 68511](https://i.servimg.com/u/f49/17/39/91/31/68511.jpg)

That one looks familiar.
Please download and apply this manual patch: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1870-can-t-update-the-sims-3-to-v133-fix-manual-patch-updated (Re-do it if the wizard tells you you're already on 1.33)
After it finished updating, re-download and re-apply the Fix: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t752-the-sims-3-ultimate-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems

I updated to 1.33 and reapplied the fix and it is now working !
