I can confirm that is working, you can download it via skidrow.
But I have 1 problem, they didnt upload the SP10 languages strings. (There is only ENG lang.)
If anyone of you has origin TS4, i would be very glad if you upload SP10 folder with languages. Its located in Delta folder

Can also confirm, downloaded and installed working perfectly. Patch includes toddlers, vampires and bowling. At long last  Yess, aye lieeke!
