how to share houses or families with friends who own the legal game?

A friend of mine bought the Sims in Origin and I'd like to send her some family and house, and she would send me some too. Is it possible?

Easiest way I would know if is if you both have a memory stick and make copies of your mods and tray folder and copy them from there. That's how my wife and I have done. I do all the downloads and then transfer it over to her computer so we are only downloading it once. You can get a 32GB stick for cheap.
