CHANGE LENGUAGE [Problem]

Hello, it's my first time here and before all i apologize for my english.

Well, i know if i want to change the lenguage i just have to go to Regedit, but when i change US to ES my game just never start, but when i back to US, the game star normaly like ever. 

Is Somebody happens this problem or it's my game racist with the mexicans? (ok, that was a joke, just laught pls)
