Can't change the language

The last pack I downloaded is City Living pack.

The installation guide says:
The .reg files assume that you have the game installed in the default location: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\". If you changed the installation location, right-click on the .reg file of your choice and choose "Edit". Change the following values accordingly: "Install Dir"=  &  "GDFBinary"=

I changed my installation location. It is now "C:\Program Files (x86)\cats\".

When I want to change my language Italian, I cannot do it. This is how the reg. file that I modified looks like:

But it's still in English. What can I do?

That's because you're using .reg file that changes language of 32-bit version of the game on 64-bit Windows. Use proper one or just change "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Maxis\The Sims 4" to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Maxis\The Sims 4".
