Error Initializing Game.[SOLVED]

Ok Im bugging about this, the game ran just fine Sunday night, I go to boot it up today (Mon) and I get and Error say it is "unable to start" WTF happened, they only thing I can think of is something I installed today gave it a bug, uninstalling those things now will have to see. Would hate to uninstall the game and reinstall and update again.

LOL yeah I read that too but no go, registry was clean and still had the problem, no reg error listed assoiciated with the game in any form. Guess I will search MATY but not ask them of course.

Please remove all of your Mods and/or Custom Content first. If that didn't work either, please do as following;

1. Remove the Temporary Fix, if you applied it. (Also delete all of the files you had to apply for it)
2. Download and apply the latest version of the Ultimate Fix here: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t752-the-sims-3-ultimate-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems (First link from above)
3. Should work fine now.

Trying redownload FIX but after the "adfly" page it goes to a message that says "page is unavailable", I even tried taking out the adfly from it and used the mirror and still can't get it to load the mediafire download page.....

Been trying that for the past day.

Sorry its been a while, but some times when my game gets buggy after a few days of working on it I have to take a step back and get away from it. After a couple of days I will come back and try again.

As an update, rebooted my computer since then and now I get the modifcation error, after I removed a few mods, then "BAM" "DING" I realized thats from the FIX, so I clicked continue and started the game, after it loaded I got the unofficial disk version error, so I'm going try again to download from the new link provided by Admin.
