Game Won't Load Even With Temporary Fix

Basically, the title says it all.
I downloaded the Sims 4 and everything was okay (I got the expansion packs as well)- at first, it worked fine.
Now I'm stuck on the loading screen when I try to load the game, it just stops responding. I thought that it was because of the CC and mods, so I removed them, but nothing happened. The fix didn't help.
What should I do?

With the normal downloads (G4TW) you must install all DLC's
1. Base game
2. Get to Work
3. Get Together
4. City Living
5. Toddlers/Vampires

Note at pack 5:
Download the 1.29 update
Add the language files to the downloaded pack
Remove the folder Game from the downloaded pack
Add the new Game folder to the downloaded pack
Now copy/paste all files and folders from the downloaded pack to your install directory The Sims 4
Your install directory must not be in a folder Origin, Origin Games or Electronic Arts. If it is, move it to just Program Files (x86)

I got the DLC'S
I just realized that I didn't download Get Together 
I'll download it now and see if it changed anything.
If not, can you please explain me what is the install directory? 

When you forgot Get Together and install it later, you must re-apply City Living and Toddlers again.

The install directory is the place where you actually installed The Sims 4 in.
After the base game that will be: C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4.
After that installation you MUST move (not copy) the folder The Sims 4 out of Electronic Arts to just Program Files (x86)
So your new install folder will be C:\Program Files (x86)\The Sims 4, but feel free to move it elsewhere on your computer.
(In my case I have it on an external hard disc Z: and in a folder Sims Games)
Z:\Sims Games\The Sims 4
Z:\Sims Games\The Sims 3
Z:\Sims Games\The Sims 2

Thank you! I'll try and update

The game works now
But... I reapplied the loading screen fix and I still get infinite loading screens (I just chose where to move my sim to and now its still loading... for half an hour)

If it works, then why re-apply the fix ?
All you can try now is to remobe the folder Game from your install folder\The Sims 4 and download the new Game folder.

Because it still had an infinite loading screen when trying to start playing w/ a family...
