game wont load, "not responding"

hi there, i am new here, and in the process of downloading and installing all of the sims 4 game packs, i have all installed up to laundry day stuff, i have the remaining downloading at the moment, but wanted to play while they where finishing, i followed this guide

when i first loaded the game, i got to the pop ups saying "welcome to *expantion here* after 3 or 4, it froze and stopped responding, now it wont load past the loading screen, and just stops responding, 

Anyone got any ideas on something i might be doing wrong?

im having the same problem

"Hash mismatch" means they are corrupted. So you probably didn't replace them or your extraction failed. Do what I said in the other thread.

@iAmALLY Go to Documents\Electronic Arts and move The Sims 4 folder to desktop. This will start the game fresh, you can move saves back later. If that doesn't solve the problem, run the validator and post the result here.

@anadius, hi i decided to download the installer from you, its currently installing now, but i had a question, can i move the sims 4 folder out of programs files (x86)/origingames to my D drive just as the Sims 4 folder and have it work properly? thankyou for your help
