Parenthood interactions not showing

Hello, first of all, please excuse my English I'm from Mexico and not using translator lol...
Ok, here I go, the matter is that when I want to play Sims with Parenthood, there are no interaccions about the new pack, for example, when I click my "son", there are no new interactions at all, it's the same as if it was in Vampires, don't know if you know what I mean...
I thought it was because of a corrupt CC so I tried to fresh start it (renamed the EA folder) and made a new family, the problem here is that when I click play it doesn't load, it goes back to the world view(? or the map if u know what I mean.

Please help me I'm very sad because of this
