Non-parents leveling up in parent skill??? Empty Non-parents leveling up in parent skill???

Ok, so I have a house full of people who are not parents and never will be parents. They are essentially Robots (traits yall!) yet they are on their laptops leveling up in parenting skill. WHAT?? I have one dude whos literally butt naked at a laptop and already level 5 parent. This guy has never even spoken to a child. How is this possible? Glitch?

But seriously, I don't know. It sounds like it could very well be a glitch.
