parenthood bug please help me!!! Empty parenthood bug please help me!!!

the version of sims is updated but the game pack didnt show up


The goods of parenthood there but did not have icon like the other and there's objects with missing footage

how can i fix that

Have you tried pasting this fix here to your game? Also check if you have the folder GP05 inside your Sims 4 files.

i have done use that fix but didnt work, sure i have GP05 in sims 4 files

Hmmm. Well, just checking can you screenshot your sims 4 folder for me so i can double-check back all the files? Thank you.

Well it seems you have all the main folders in place. There's a new NEW update out here, not sure if you saw but try to 'update' your game and see if your parenthood pack is still missing. If yes, I'd suggest re-installing the pack again. (sometimes files get corrupted/disappear during 'installation')

but there little problem "No pict on icon parenthood" like this

It seems your game data for parenthood is missing? Have you copy-paste the Parenthood update again? (not the new new patch).
