Parenthood - some bug

Hello, here's what i notice :

- I created an household in the vampire village. Since that, when i call an party event, no ones coming.
When i call another sims to hang out, he never show up...

- My sims is in the doctor career : no ones have uniforms in the hospital, and if i save my game and leave, when i go back to my game, my sims is unenployed everytime! Very enoying.. I only play with this household so it can't be by is own.

- Detective career : every one have uniforms but my sims is always in everyday clothes.

Can you help me get this fixes?

I have base game and all DLC from game 4 the world, downloaded 2 days ago.
