Sim will get stuck on an action & crashing after Exit game

I think the problem started after installing the newest patch on my game.
So the sim will be doing something like warming up nuggets for the baby and will get stuck. It wont respond to deleting the task or giving a new one. They will just stand and look elsewhere, so atleast they are not just frozen. I'll have to reset the sim and if i'll try to go back on doing the same task, the sim will get stuck again. Its only happened twice so its not a big deal, just was wondering if someone else was having the same problems
Another one is that the game will crash after I press exit game (to desktop). But that not a big problem cos im already exiting

Hi there,
Do you have any mods/CCs installed in your game? If yes, move that mods folder out and run the game and do that same action. (Nuggets are real in-game??)
When the game crash, does it save your game though?It might or might not be mod-related as well?
Also, check that your drivers are up-to-date.
