Inicialization Failed (0x065d0274) Empty Inicialization Failed (0x065d0274)

I reinstalled the Sims 3 Complete Collection because it would just give me a black screen as I tried to start the game, now every time I try to start the game it just says that it's not possible to start the game because the service has failed, and gives me a number (0x065d0274)
I have tried the ultimate fix, the manual patch, but nothing seems to work. 
Please help...

Hello,

Try a clean folder.
Go to C:\Documents\Electronic Arts and rename the folder The Sims 3 (to anything you like), now try to start the game.
I expect that it will start, at which point you can move your saves, mods, CC to the newly generated The Sims 3 folder.
