Please Help: Packs not installed??

Hello,

I am not a new user to G4TW, and have used the ultimate fix for a while. I recently got a new computer and was trying to install the latest update to The Sims 4... I followed the instructions completely, and even did them twice - after uninstalling the game. However, when I go to play the game, none of the packs are installed? It's saying that I only have the base game? Not sure what the problem is where I went wrong  If anyone could help, that would be great! Thank you (:
