Some of the packs say it has to be installed

I can't play city living and a few game & stuff packs need to be downloaded. How do I fix this?

Hi there and welcome!
Prior to City Living, have you installed Get to Work and Get Together as well? Are you playing on just City Living, or have you updated to the newer DLCs too?

I have all expansions installed. Get to work and get together work fine, it's city living and some other packs that say I need to download them to work.
