The Origin Problem [SOLVED]

Hello! I uh don't know if this topic has been made before or if it has been solved but I don't know what else to do. So I followed the instructions on how to install the game and the packs and all was dandy. However now I am trying to start the game for the first time but it won't start up. I am running it as an admin but every time I try to run the file, Origin keeps opening up despite my protests and closing it all the way.

Do an ALT+CTRL+DEL, go to taskmanager ->Processes and end everything that starts with Origin.
The start your game again.
Still no luck ? Your anti-virus has attacked your crack for the Sims 4.
When you have all DLC's installed, use the new Game folder of Parenthood again after deleting the old Game folder(s).

i reinstalled everything and now its saying "make sure Origin is not running" but when it isnt, it says "make sure origin in running"

Turn off your anti-virus
Download THIS (only 50 MB)
Extract with Winrar.
Delete existing Game folders from your install folder (C:\Program Files(x86)\The Sims 4 ????)
Move the new, extracted Game folder to your install folder.
Start game as admin.
Game is now probably in Dutch, change language in RldOrigin.ini

It might be possible - if you extracted the download in a new folder Game, that you now have a folder Game within that Game folder.
Correct it from Program Files(x86)\The Sims 4\Game\Game\Bin to Program Files(x86)\The Sims 4\Game\Bin

I checked and there was nothing of that sort. All I did was delete the game file in the Sims 4 folder and extracted the one you gave in its place

was the game in Dutch then ?
If not, something went wrong.
Rightclick on the shortcut on your desktop, choose Open file location.
Is that the same location as your install folder\Game\Bin ?

It was in Dutch, however I had already changed it to English. I checked and the file location was correct

I just wanted to put this here, I got the game up and running after moving the file from the /Programs(x86)/Electronic Arts/ to /Programs/

As this is one of the first items in the download-section I thought that you, at least, had done that.
Will consider it next time when people suffer from the Origin-error

2 ° Perform a clean installation, from scratch without changing the folder game to Game_ as the guide says

3 ° Once you've been in the sims folder at:
C: \ Program Files (x86) \ E-Art \ The Sims 4 \
Cut the folder of The sims 4 and move it to the Unit C:
- Do not move it to the desktop or to another place  the folder in C
-Add your sims 4 folder as an exception.
4 ° Download location file:

(This file apparently corrects errors of the new update that my did not work for me)
5 ° Extracting the file rar
7 ° Go to C: then in the folder of The sims 4 go of a game, Bin
8 ° Select all files except Core and delete it.
9 ° paste the dowloading of the step 4 °
10 ° Use the TS4_x64.exe icon as an administrator (and send to a desktop by creating a shortcut)
11 ° The game is in Spanish to change it go to:

11 ° Open the game and simply play without errors.

My conclusion is that this file fixes the update to do all the steps not any other error message and problem.

I am a problem with downloading the sims 4 for here. Every time I try to download it, tell me there is an origin-error. So I uninstall origin and then works. I hard uninstall origin. How can I download sims 4 on here was out uninstalling origin.
