Sims4 (parenthood, todlers/vamps) problem [SOLVED]

Hello,
I recently had a problem with the game. I have   windows 7/x64bit   My installation folder path is C:/Program files/The Sims 4 in the pc hosting the sims 4 game and since i installed the latest version from your site (i installed the entire thing from your site main game, add-on etc) but once i reach the lot selection, to choose with what sim i want to play, the loading screen keeps loading and it never actually loads. I have had problems with previews versions of the game and the problem in the past seemed to be outdated mods interfering with the new versions of the game. But that's not the case this time. I disabled all custom content packages, scripts and done the fix you provided but the game kept having this bug. Any suggestions?

Turn off your anti-virus
Download THIS (only 50 MB)
Extract with Winrar.
Delete existing Game folders from your install folder (C:\Program Files(x86)\The Sims 4 ????)
Move the new, extracted Game folder to your install folder.
Start game as admin.
Game is now probably in Dutch, change language in RldOrigin.ini

Should i also transfer the game in the path you said? Because my game is in Program files not program files(x86)

Update: Thanks a million it actually worked without changing the path everything seems to be in order now

No, the path is wherever your game is installed.
