How to Buy a new House

Anyone know how to buy a new house when you already have a house? Even when I have money I can't buy anymore house, only can manage household, kick out others and take their home as mine. And when I do that my two 5 star restaurants got deleted, showing I don't own any restaurants. Please help.

What do you mean exactly? Like placing a new lot (house) OR moving your household? You can move into an occupied households for obvious reasons.

I think he means buying an additional home for one and the same sim. So that sim has two houses and two businesses etc. Correct me if I am wrong. I would not know if that is possible.

True. It's not possible (not that I know of) to own 2 houses. You can own more than one business however, since I have a restaurant and a retail shop.
