I cant get to a house.

I cant get to a house. Empty I cant get to a house.

When I try to go to a house, or to move my household to a place. The loading screens keeps loading.

I hope theres someone that can help me.

I have all the DLC's.

It all depends on which DLC's you have downloaded.
After installation of Toddlers/Vampires you should have deleted the folder Game from your install folder The Sims 4.
Then replace it with the folder Game from Fitness.

No, all you have to do is delete the existing Game folder in Program Files (x86)\The Sims 4 (or other location depending where you installed the Sims 4 in)
Then re-install Parenthood and Fitness.
