Laptop freezes.

The game seems to make my laptop freeze, as in I can't do anything at all. The sound lags (like when you get a BSOD). But it doesn't respond to anything I do, neither ctrl + alt + delete or me yelling at the screen  . I had to cut the power, several times now.

Anyhow, I installed all the expansions and store content. My laptop has windows 10, 24 GB ram and GTX 1070 6GB graphics. 

PS. I can usually only make it to make a sim, so around 5-10 minutes in game before it happens.
