Packs aren't showing after installation, only base game !!

Hi
I downloaded and installed the sims 4 and all the packs in the right order following the installation guide, but when I open the game it only shows the base game but no packs, I tried uninstalling it and redoing it all over again but still the same issue, I deleted my antivirus just for this because I thought it was blocking it but turns out it didn't do anything. Please help. Thanks in advance !

Hi there,
Have you also exclude the files in your windows defender as well? You can also turn it off if you're comfortable with it. Else, move your Sims 4 folder from Program Files (x86) to Program Files OR Desktop.

Could it be that you installed the fix that was intended for the base game only ?
That fix causes all other DLC's to become void.
Re-install DLC's and don't use this fix !
