New "Game" folder issue

So I followed all the steps on the guide including renaming the "Game" folder to "Game_". Then I installed the Parenthood expansion and then I updated the game to the latest version. My problem is when I go into the "Game" folder and start the TS4_x64, I only have the base The Sims 4 game. When I go into the "Game_" folder and start the game, I have every expansion pack except the Parenthood one. What's the fix and what's the purpose of having two game folders?

UPDATE: I installed the Parenthood and the latest update again but I lost all the other expansions in the process. 

Have you installed in the correct sequence ? i.e.

Sims 4 Base Game -> Get To Work -> Get Together -> City Living -> Toddlers/Vampire -> Delete the Game folder -> Parenthood -> Fix for endless household loading screen -> Latest Patch (Version 1.30.105.1010)

This is the way I got the game to work.

When you only have base game after update, you probably MOVED the folders instead of COPYING.

This is the way I got the game to work.

My sequence was correct until the part where I renamed the Game folder not erased it and when I copied the new files from the Parenthood zip file, it automatically made a new Game folder. I didn't launch the game then, instead, I installed the "TS4_UpdateOnlyFix_1-30-105-1010". That's when everything got erased.

DO NOT INSTALL THE UPDATE ONLY FIX!!!!! This is what is the info that is on the downloadfix page.
These are only for those that want to play a patched base game only.
Do not add to a game with DLC, or you will lose your DLC.
