Hi, I've re-installed The Sims 4 several times, and whenever I move the Sims 4 folder out of Electronic Arts, it reverses to my previous gameplay, even though I had uninstalled it.

Hello again,

I moved your post to the correct section (please note that actual support does NOT belong into the "Sims Emporium"). What do you mean exactly by "it reverts your previous gameplay" though?

Go to the folder user\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
open it and delete the file GameVersion.
Now start your game again.

I tried that, it didn't really work.

I'll explain the situation a bit better.

I had the Sims 4 installed a while ago, with one active household. I uninstalled the Sims 4, and when I re-installed it, all the data seemed to be there. The sim, house, everything. Even my mod issue was still there. Everytime I try to download the Sims 4 + Get to work + Get together + City Living, it goes back to my previous data.

Close the game and try to move the documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4 folder (the folder where are the Mod file and the Tray file) in your desktop, install the expansions you want  to install and run the game again. If you want  to keep your mods just copy paste the file inside the new documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4 folder.
