Sims 4 crashes when entering manage worlds?

Hello, another problem (I know, you're probably getting really annoyed now.)

I opened my Sims 4, and I clicked the little play button, but right as the loading screen shows, it crashes.

No, just the regular windows crash thing.

Does it freeze or does it close out the game?

I have found a similar problem. I can go into a home to edit and save just fine but as soon as I try to go back to manage world it will crash instead of doing what it is suppose to do, does the same thing if I'm playing with a family. I have the latest pack, fitness stuff if this helps any.
