Sims 3 Pets doesn't work. [SOLVED]

Hi, I installed + manually updated the Sims 3 Pets and then I used the Ultimate Fix (By the way, I don't have EA DM/Origin). When I click play from the Launcher, it loads but then something pops up with the following message: ""It looks like you have installed an unofficial game modification that does not match your current version of The Sims 3. We recommend that you either uninstall these games modifications or get updated versions of them - otherwise you may experience crashes or significant bugs."

Hello,
This usually means that you copied the crack in the fix to the wrong folder. You can watch this video to check it out yourself, or you can post a screenshot of the folder you copied the crack to.
(Note that not all the files in the fix are cracks, only the 2 files found in the #crack folder are)

I don't know what to do
It's probably an out-dated Fix instead. Try (re-)downloading the latest version of the Fix and re-apply it. See if it makes any difference.

My problem was that I only used the Ultimate Fix on Pets and not the rest of the expansions + Base game. I re-installed everything and now it works fine. Thank you
