Vampires "download to use"?

Vampires "download to use"? Empty Vampires "download to use"?

When I look to the "my collection" part of the start menu it appears that the vampire pack is installed but when I hover over the icon it says that tt is "download to use" instead of "owned".
I have updated everything up to fitness stuff up to this point.

Please help. Smile

Hi,

Try copy + paste the Vampire packs again and run the game. Else, move the Sims 4 folder and place it directly to the Program Files/Desktop.
