Denied Access of TS4.EXE

tried updating my sims 4 with the update (vampires...), Parenthood and fitness. ive got all my previous updates from you all aswell.
however, the TS4.EXE wont copy over are unzipping with WinRAR from the game/bin folder. it states that I don't have permission so ive been denied access.
this has never happened to me before. how do I get around this?

Hi there,
Are you using the pc as administrator? If yes, unzip them somewhere else first like on D drive or Downloads before attempting to copy the files over. Also, make sure that anti-virus did not accidentally block any of the files during downloading/extracting/installing.
