Downloads Not Working: Sims 4 [SOLVED]

When torrenting the base game, Get to Work & Get to Together, multiple errors have surfaced before any of the downloads get to 1GB. 
I also tested the same with City Living and once the file had finished downloading there was an error with files "missing" once I tried to move it to the suitable folder.

Wondered if anyone else was having a similar problem?

Hello and welcome to the forum 
Have you properly exclude the folders in both anti-virus as well as windows defender? Or the 'safest' way is to disable them during downloading/installing.


If you have the files missing error or a corrupted download, it is most likely the download did not complete properly due to the reasons above.

I have done all of these things, as well as changing my browser settings and it still does not appear to be working in my torrent application.

I have just attempted to do so with the basegame. It stopped with an error at only 18MB
