Sim Family wont load

After I make a family and move into a house it tries to load and then sends me back to the city screen.

I completely uninstalled Sims 4 including all folders and then restarted my computer and reinstalled
I have turned off my firewall and added all the sims 4 folders to my anti virus exceptions.
No Mods or treys
My Sims 4 folder is in Program Files (X86)>Sims 4
I have deleted my Games folder and then copy and pasted Parenthood and Fitness

I am at a loss as to what I am doing wrong.

I can only suggest that you, again, delete the folder Game from your install folder The Sims 4 and re-copy/paste the folder Game from Fitness back to your install folder.
If you have folders Game and Game_ then delete them both.

Unfortunately that didn't work either, maybe I should delete everything and start from scratch again?

You can try to re-install the game pack by pack and see where it starts. If the Fitness is causing the 'back to map screen' error, I'd suggest for the time being, to stick to Parenthood if you want to load your game. Remember to test out your game with a fresh folder in Documents -> Take out the Sims 4 folder and put it to Desktop.
