Game continues to crash
My game crashes when I try to make a second sim and when I try to play my household. Nothing is fixing it at all. Help?!

Re: Game continues to crash
Let me just get these questions out of the way since I know someone else will ask...
1. Any mods-cc?
2. Is your game up to date?
3. What video card do you have? Are your drivers up to date?
4. Did you try moving you Sims 4 folder to a safe place like the desktop, and seeing if the game will run nicely with the new folder that is generated?
5. Are you running a 32-bit or 64-bit of Windows? What is the OS?
Edit: I see on the side it says you're running a 64-bit version of Windows. Disregard that last question.

Do you have Toddlers installed ?
If yes, please have a look at step 7 of the installation guide: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t21806-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-4-correctly#

I actually think it is the mods cus when I moved the Documents Sims 4 folder out, it reset the game like fresh and it actually ran smoothly. Any way to figure out which exact cc's are causing corruption? Because everything worked fine before the update. But yes it's up to date!

Yep and I did that, I even deleted the old Games folder, still didn't make a difference. 99% sure it's the cc's.

Re: Game continues to crash
Hi @rijahopeahmed ,
It's rare that CCs are causing the error (unless it's furniture related or the like). Most of the time, it's the scripting mods that causes the crash. You can do the 50/50 method, by testing in batches, or use the mod conflict detector -> Though I can't guarantee the success rate for that one.
Also, you can re-organize your CCs to category (Hair, clothes, etc) if you have alot. That makes it easier to test out. For example, if you test the Hair folder, and the game does not crash, then you can move on to the next one. Take note however, that most (if not all) script mods don't allow you to put them into subfolders.
