Game crashes and i just installed it

I just installed The sims 4 it start fine i create household everything is okay until i click ''Save and play'' or just ''Play'' then it goes to that sims loading diamond...  game freezes there and everything i got is ''The sims 4 has stopped working...'' Idk is it because i didnt installed any expansion packs or what??  


BTW Game is just installed i dont have any mods
or anti virus.

Have you just installed the base game or also some expansions ?

And recently, thanks to Tarac, if you have a shortcut on desktop, make sure you create it and not copy + paste the .exe there. And do you actually have origin installed? If yes, make sure it's offline (not running) and check your task manager to see if it's running in the background.
