game crashes attempting to load lots and households with City Living installed

I'm facing an issue where I can't load households in my game, it crashes every time. I can create households just fine, but loading lots in any fashion causes my game to crash. I'm running a 32-bit PC with 4gig RAM, so I think that has something to do with it. Does anyone know what I can do to fix my issue?

I have the same problem
I can play quite normally, but everytime when i want to "travel" the game crash.

So running my game without CC works, barely. I also changed my game graphics a bit, and now the game runs for a few minutes before crashing. It's frustrating me to no end ;-;

I don't use any CC. 
Before the installation of city living, i dont have that crash problem.
Maybe i wait to the next "vampire/toddler upgrade"  Maybe it will fix that problem.
