EXPANSIONS are gone after update. [SOLVED]

I downloaded the base game from this site, i added Get to work and Get together from this site too everything worked great and i got stuff packs along with them. but after installing "TS4_Update_Only_Fix_1-31-37-1020" the update did work but my expansions were gone along with my stuff packs, Get to work and get together are no longer there.even though i followed the instructions very well.
did anyone have this problem? or knows how to fix it?

hello,
the update only fix will delete your any DLCs that you have already installed. You can re-install back the DLCs which got 'deleted'. Take note however, if you want to update your game to 1.31, you need to have all the DLCs installed, up till Parenthood.

I'm sorry but i'm very lost, i need your help
It's the last question i promise
Now to update my game i must download:
The Sims 4: City Living
The Sims 4: Toddlers, Vampires & Bowling Stuff
The Sims 4: Parenthood
After i do that i can apply the update?

When you want to play with additional DLC's, never, ever, apply the fix that is meant to update the base game only.
Correct order of installation:
Base Game
Get to Work
Get Together
City Living
Toddlers/Vampires which on G4TW is called The Sims 4 Update v1.29.69.1020
TS4_temp_fix for the new Game folder
Parenthood
Fitness
No other fixes, patches, updates or whatever names they carry.
As soon as you apply the TS4_Update_Only_Fix_1-31-37-1020 you'll loose all DLC's and you're back to the base game only.
Note: The file #Installation Guide.txt in the download of The Sims 4 update v.1.29.69.1020 bears an incorrect title City Living - Installation Guide. Should be Toddlers, Vampires, Bowling.

I am not 100% sure, but it should be enough as well if you re-apply the No-Origin files, without going through the "Get to Work - Get together - City Living - etc.":

Every DLC has its own DeltaBuild.packages so, according te me, one has to install the DLC's again.
The No-Origin download only deals with the folder Bin.
