Ultimate fix issues :/

I search for my issue in the forum but i didn't find anything that can help me, so sorry if you repeat yourself ><
And for my English too !

So, the thing is :
Yesterday, the Sims 4 was perfectly running (i downloaded the game, get to work, go to the city, live together and toddlers + vampire here), my NVIDIA is uploaded and perfectly running too. And today, I downloaded the Ultimate patch, via the torrent file on your website.

And now, some houses on the map are not visible (everything on Newcrest), the house i putted on the different map via the Gallery are here but not visible too, and when i try to play with a family from one of the "translucent" house, the game crash. Plus, when I start the game, it tells me "The Lama restaurant" or some Sh*t are available but I.Already.Have.Them, and I don't know how to make that disappear xD I'm gonna go crazy T-T

I have a lot of Mods, in C:/User/EA, and I put them on my Desk for the moment, and my The Sims 4 file is in C:/Program/The Sims4.

So, what can I do ? Can I install the Parenthood + fitness stuff packs, and see if it's improving ? Maybe I have to do something else ?

You are not supposed to use the (Update-Only) Ultimate fix; please always check the guide here for what exactly you need to do:

Try downloading & installing the "Parenthood" followed by the "Fitness" pack.

I'm gonna try to do that, yeah, installing the two new pack. And if it don't work, even like that ?

Yes, the game should work if you install the two packs (Parenthood, and then Fitness). If there is anything else after that, you can always post back here!

Oh, wait ! Last question, I promise ! Did you update the Sims 4 base game ? I have the 1.29.69.1020, and it works (well, it worked) perfectly, so I think there is no update, but I can't find this information :0

When you install the new DLC (Parents, Fitness), you will have the base game patch version 1.31.105.1010. I think it is mentioned under step #12 of the guide that I linked in my first reply here.

When you install new packs, there is (almost) always a base game update/patch as well integrated in it.

Ooh, i read the guide before asking, but i didn't understand.
Everything alright ! I'm already downloading the two packs, and i'm so excited, but the downloading time is so long, the torrent will be good tomorrow I think.
