The Sims 2 ZlOrigin not working. [SOLVED]

After installing the Sims 4 from ZlOrigin I decided to install the Sims 3 as well as the Sims 2. The Sims 3 works, but the Sims 2 doesn't. Whenever I click play I get this message "The license limit for this product has been reached. Please visit http://support.ea.com to contact EA Support for further assistance". Does anyone know how to fix this or should I uninstall?

If that is the "Ultimate Collection" of The Sims 2 on zlOrigin, I suppose you could attempt to download the cracked .exe for "Mansion and Garden Stuff" here.

You should get a .rar file. Extract it with WinRAR and in turn you will get a Sims2EP9.exe. You should copy this file to where your Mansion and Garden expansion of The Sims 2 is installed. I'm not familiar with the folder organization in zlOrigin, but on the real Origin it's C:\Program files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSBin.

There you PASTE the file, and when prompted replace the existing one. Then try running the game again. Other than that, I'm unsure, sorry.

You're welcome - I believe I had this once with the Origin version. I think I was trying to start up the game (with the Sims2EP9.exe), without actually logging into my Origin account. And it threw out that error. After applying this NoCD-file of the Mansion and Garden Stuff .exe, I was able to start the game both with and without logging into Origin.

Since I assume that this ZlOrigin version also installs SecuROM on your computer, it could be an idea to have a look at the post here as well (note that the NoCD-file linked in that post is the same as what I posted previously here; you do NOT need to re-apply it! Just run the SecuROm remover).
