In the program Files(x86) The Sims 4/ Game/ Bin folder you have two options TS4. exe
( which is the version to start the Game in 32 bit mode, the one you should use ) and TS4.64.exe which is the one you should NOT use. See if you can find it.

Game in 64 bits, needing 32. Crack-city-living_orig

TS4.exe will start your game as 32-bits
TS4_x64.exe will start it as 64-bits

Hello,

Is your Windows operating system a 32-bit version? In general, is your computer (hardware-wise) able to use a 64-bit operating system? Also make sure that if you wanted to play the game in 64-bits properly, you should move your installation away from C:\Program files (x86). I myself have my installation under C:\Program files, and I can run both executables just fine.

Yea the file is under program files but it's on program file x64 should I take it out of this file and put it on program file only? Also TS4 won't open for me. That's why I use 64... I don't know how to fix it

Program files or program files (x86) makes no difference.

For the Sims 4 there are several cracks in your folder Game\Bin.
They all bear the same name with the additional X64.
RldOrigin.dll is "seen" as a virus whilst RldOrigin_x64.dll is not.

When RldOrigin (required for the 32 bits) is put in quarantaine by your anti-virus program it's obvious that TS4.exe won't start properly.
So switch off your anti-virus and extract the download for your highest DLC again and copy/paste the folder Game.

Well i don't have anti virus in this computer so that's no a problem to me. I tried looking for some que P fix it but there's none. The game runs really slow even tho I have a lot of space in the computer. This is what I see in the game play. It could be a graphics problem.

So is your game still under C:\Program files (x86)? Then try downloading the files from the thread here:
https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t23706-latest-available-no-origin-files-for-the-sims-4-version-1-31-37-1020

Extract the contents of the .rar with the program WinRAR and then you get a bunch of files. Please copy and paste them under C:\Program files (x86)\The Sims 4\Game\Bin. Replace the existing files when prompted. Then use again the TS4.exe to start the game. See what happens.
