I can't play the game in 32 bits only in 64 bits

I have installed the game exactly who says in the instructions, but I can't play the game in 32 bits only in 64 which makes the game super slow. Every time that I try to play in 32 appears a message saying that "the Windows have found a error", I tried re-install the game but keeping appering the same message.

The files in the 32-bits are prone to attacks from your AV whilst the 64-bits are not.
So probably the file RldOrigin.dll in your Game\Bin folder has been put in quarantaine which means it can't be opened and consequently results in an error.

Put your install folder\The Sims 4\Game\Bin under the exclusions of your anti-virus and extract + copy\paste the Game folder from your latest download again.

I tried do this and still can't open the game in 32 bits, i deactivate my antivirus and copy/paste everything but still keep appearing the same message.

Just "turning off" anti-virus programs rarely helps (unfortunately). You have to take into account that these mainstream anti-virus programs are primarily aimed at people who do not use/work with computers very often. Hence they aggressively delete literally everything.

You have to try setting the install location (the folder path) of your The Sims 4, to the "exclusions" in your security software.

I did what you say and put the folder in the exclusion list but still doesn't work

Re-download the files here:
https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t23706-latest-available-no-origin-files-for-the-sims-4-version-1-31-37-1020

And copy/paste them to the Game\Bin subfolder, of where you installed The Sims 4. Overwrite the existing files when prompted.
