I downloaded everything but I do not see the mod and tray folder. Will i have to create my own?

Did you run the game once after installing everything? It than should be in Documents/ electronic Arts/ The sims 4

You can find it in user\your username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4, so not in Program Files

Mod and Tray Gameversion_orig
The picture was meant for the removal of GameVersion, but you can clearly see the folders Mods and Tray in that folder
