No Tray. [SOLVED] Empty No Tray. [SOLVED]

I downloaded my sims 4 on the games4theworld website but there is no tray in my sims 4 folder. Is there a way to make a tray folder?

Hello and welcome to the forum! Smile

Please make sure to look in the right location for the 'Tray'-folder, which is C:\Users\(your username)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4. See the example screenshot from my own system here:

Good luck and do keep us posted if you like. Very Happy  P.S. the screenshot shows the "Mods"-folder, but the Tray-folder is in the same location there, too.

It took me awhile to understand how mods work and where they go but after a day I got it and felt really dumb. Thank you anyways.  Facepalm
