Confused about adding DLC after moving game folder location.

I'm in the process of adding Get Together, and #2 says this:

"2. Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\  ; if there's a folder called "The Sims 4" in there, select it and MOVE
it to the following location: C:\Program Files (x86)\ . If you don't do this, you will get errors while running the game.
Note that your new installation location will now be: C:\Program Files (x86)\The Sims 4\  , keep that in mind."

However, I already moved my The Sims 4 folder to D:\Program Files after following the instructions in this thread. I want to keep my game folder in D:\Program Files, but I do want to download all the DLC. So what do I do?

Question, is your D: drive an external or is it a secondary hard drive inside your computer?

Just move the with Winrar extracted files and folders from the download to your install folder in D:
