Change language as of parenthood patch

Hi, 
I just installed all TS4 expansions, but the game doesn't change the display language. I tried to run the registry editor file that came with the base game but it didnt changed. How do I do it?

Open your install folder, probably C:\Program Files\The Sims 4
Open folder Game, open folder Bin
Open file RldOrigin.ini with f.e. Notepad
Near to the top you'll see Language=en_US, change that to your desired language and save the file. (in your case pt_BR for Portuguese)
Now start your game as an Administrator

It worked! Thank you very much!
BTW: Only PT_BR no PT_EU/PT_PT like in TS3?
