How can I hire people for my restaurant [SOLVED]

For my restaurant I bought all requirement items ( toilet , sink , chef host waiter station and dining spot) but I have no option to hire waiter or chef and ... .

Press the manage employees button from the restaurant management menu (bottom right) at any time and you can access various commands, including hiring, firing, promoting and demoting.
