Can't access my characters - new version?? [SOLVED]

Just as the title state, I cannot access my sims in the gallery. I had to completely wipe my computer and because I am lazy, I moved my previous game to my external hard drive and moved it back to my computer (that could be a reason?).... The game works with the exception of a previous problem the---run origin to update this game---notification but I fixed that via this post https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t20396-unable-to-start-the-contents-of-your-user-data-directory-were-created-by-a-newer-version-of-the-sims-4-updated-on-29-12-2015. 

But now I have this problem. Please help orz

I would guess (it seems) that you downloaded these sims from a legit base game of TS4, which is on a higher patch version than the cracked games. The legit versions are on version 1.32, whereas the cracked (offline) versions are on 1.31.

I'm afraid you will have to do without these sims for the moment; to my knowledge there is no way to make this kind of thing work. Your moving these folders back/forth doesn't matter in this case.

Hey thank you so much for replying back to me! and its good to know that the moving of the files isnt a matter *whew*

The problem with that is that I dont have a legit copy from EA. I got my game files from G4TW. All of them (sorry I didnt state that from the beginning, didnt think it was relevant). So I dont know why it is saying that but that is interesting because before i updated to 1.31, I had 1.29 which resulted in the -update game via origin- message. These sims were made on the 1.29 version. It seems that all my vampire sims are the ones I cant access, but I have the Vampires GP. @.@

So since my response to @The_gh0stm4n, I assumed that no one has found a solution to this problem. I however have. for some reason I had to remove my old Game_, copy the more recent version G4TW (1.31) then rename it as Game_ and Viola! SUCCESS!

Interesting solution; didn't think about this at all. You probably made a mistake at some point when applying that "endless loading fix". Either way, have fun with the game and feel free to post a new topic here if you need more assistance, later on! To be sure, always only download the endless loading fixes from the topic here:
