Furniture not showing up and interaction choices showing up late. Empty Furniture not showing up and interaction choices showing up late.

Okay, I downloaded the fix for the household choose world glitch because I had the problem. I got on the Sims 4 and then came more problems. I went to fix up some things in my sims house and noticed my furniture wasn't showing up, and my interaction choices were showing up late. I tried to research it, but nothing helped. Please help me!

 I downloaded the fix for the household choose world glitch
What fix exactly did you download? Also, currently what is your latest/last DLCs that you had installed? Do upload a screenshot of your Sims 4 folder so that we can double check the files again.
