I don't own a lot expansion packs

I installed Sims 4 and Ultimate Fix and it works very good but a lot of things are missing and I don't know what I did wrong and how I can fix the problem. When i open Sims 4 in the left down corner it says that i don't own expansion packs, game packs, stuff packs, free packs. I Please help me, I looked again at how I had to install the game and ultimate fix but I still don't understand what I did wrong. This is how the folder with Sims 4 looks like, I have 6 folders: _Installer, Data, Game, Game_, Soundtrack, Support . I copied and replaced the folders from Ultimate fix on the game folder. Please help me, have a good day.

Did you follow these steps? I mean the ultimate fix itself doesn't contain all packs.. If I'm correct 

The ultimate fix is for BASE GAME ONLY. It deletes all the other DLC's you might have had. if you want DLC's, this is the order of installation.

When you want to play with extensions (DLC's) NEVER EVER use the Ultimate fix !!!!!!
So install as follows:

Base game, then

1. Get to Work
2. Get Together
3. City Living
4. Toddlers/Vampires
5. Delete the folder Game from your install folder The Sims 4
6. Install Parenthood
7. Install Fitness
8. Install Toddlers Accessories (If you have it already) its available here  https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t31448-the-sims-4-toddlers-stuff-out-now# You might get a virus warning, when clicking on download link, it is a false positive.

DO NOT install Toddler stuff as yet.
It will destroy your game

I thought that Ultimate Fix has all the extensions that's why I installed it. Thank you very much for tips, I will follow what you said.
