Sims 4 Base Game has stopped Working

I downloaded the Sims 4 Base Game in your official website. After installing it with my Anti-Virus disabled, it keeps saying "The Sims 4 has stopped working." I tried putting Get to Work and Get Together expansion packs and it still won't work. I completely followed the steps that Karma Tastic had shown. Thanks!

Firstly, I do not know if Karma Tastic is associated with the G4TW and if he/she is, then the description on how to install the Sims 4 alone has some errors. I'd suggest you follow our guide here instead.

Have you make sure to move out the game to Program Files/(x86)?

Yes, I did. Tried reinstalling it again but it still says the same message.

I see. Could you perhaps screenshot your Sims 4 folder so we can double check the files again?

This doesn't have expansion packs or anything.

First of all, move the sims 4 folder OUT of Electronic arts Folder. This is stated clearly in the instruction s found here. YOU MUST DO THIS  From the screen shot it is clear that your sims 4 is still in Electronic arts folder. It must not be there! There are still lots of files not present. I'd suggest downloading everything from here.

Than you copy paste the other dlc; to this MOVED folder. Run the game as administrator first

Yes, as Loonieloose mentioned, your Sims 4 is still in the EA folder. After moving that out, you should have no problem running the game with DLCs installed. @ElvenAviator
