can't open the game,help

I downloaded the sims 4 and followed all the steps, when i wanted to log in the game it worked,i played and closed the app, and then when i wanted to play again it didn't let me open the game and a tab appears saying 

''unable to start:

the contents of your user data directory were created by a newer version of the sims4 and cannot be loaded, please update your game via origin to play.
[d6f91ffb:29f00e76:0000000]''


please i need help i dont know what to do
